Per My Last Message

A communication tool that turns the version in your head into something clear, professional, and sendable, built for the moments when the right words matter.

What I noticed

People often know exactly what they want to say at work, they just need help turning it into something they can actually send.

The problem

The gap is rarely about ideas. It is about translation. Someone can be frustrated, urgent, or blunt in their head and still need the message to read as clear, professional, and appropriate for the person receiving it. Rewriting from scratch is slow, and generic tools flatten the point until nothing real is left.

What I built

An AI tool that bridges the gap between raw thoughts and messages that are clear, professional, and true to you. You give it the version in your head; it helps you shape a version you can send, without inventing a tone that is not yours.

The thinking behind it

The core decision was to preserve meaning and personality rather than sand every message into corporate neutrality. The value is not "make it polite." It is "keep what you meant, change what gets in the way." That restraint is the product.

How it works

  1. Write the message the way it exists in your head, profanity encouraged.
  2. Choose the level of the response: Keep It Cute softens the tone while keeping the point, Respectfully makes it clear, polished, and direct, or Corporate Violence cuts through the noise, firm, precise, and unapologetic.
  3. Get a clear, sendable version that still sounds like you, and adjust from there.

What I learned / what is still being tested

The most useful outputs keep specificity, names, asks, and next steps, instead of smoothing them away. Ongoing work is about giving people more control over how much of their original edge is preserved, and making the tone choices feel obvious rather than technical.
